Free Self Pick Up is available at Box of Cravings, Serusop. We will inform you once your order is ready for pick up.

There is a grace period of 7 days to pick up. After that, Box of Cravings will charge you $0.50.

Delivery to all 4 districts is available with additional cost, according to third party's availability.

We are currently only shipping within Brunei Darussalam.

Once booked, there will be no cancellations.

We accept exchanges for defective or damaged items only.

For hygiene and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Item must not be used and still be in the package provided.

Returns must be done within 7 days after payment is made.
