Q: How do I place an order?

A: You can shop directly on our website. Simply add your chosen items to the cart and proceed to checkout.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: For now, we are focused on serving customers in Brunei. International shipping will be introduced in the future.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

A: Self Pick Up will be available within 24 hours - 48 hours after payment is made. Local deliveries usually take 2–4 working days. You will be informed via Whatsapp once your order is on the way.

Q: Can I exchange my hijab?

A: We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. Please contact us before sending it back. We do not accept returns and refunds just exchanges.

Q: What does “upcycled scrunchies” mean?

A: Our scrunchies are handmade from worn-out hijabs donated by the public. This gives new life to old fabric while reducing textile waste.

We will be working on producing other accessories using these material.

A: We’re always grateful for donations! You can text us on whatsapp to know more. You can also keep an eye on our instagram for donation drives.
