2. Products & Orders

  • We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, slight variations in colour or texture may occur due to lighting and screen differences.
  • All orders are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.
  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and text. This does not mean your order has been accepted—it is a confirmation that we have received it.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order for valid reasons (e.g. stock unavailability, pricing error, or suspicious activity).

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices listed on our site are in BND (Brunei Dollars) unless stated otherwise. We accept payments through the methods available at checkout, payments must be made in 24 hours after order is made.
  • By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen method.
  • ReLilit reserves the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver within Brunei and may expand internationally in the future.
  • While we aim to deliver promptly, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
  • Shipping fees, if any, will be displayed at checkout.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Once booked, there will be no cancellations.We accept exchanges for defective or damaged items only.
  • No refunds will be issued.For hygiene and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
  • Item must not be used and still be in the package provided.
  • Returns must be done within 7 days after payment is made.
